Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Who we are

FLOWR is an Audio Unit instrument plugin for Logic Pro on macOS, published by Alexandre Würsten, trading as MINDZ AUDIO, Switzerland ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the FLOWR software and to the website flowraudio.com. You can reach us at hello@flowraudio.com.

2. Orders and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can also contact us directly at any time.

Prices are shown on our pricing page. They include VAT or sales tax where applicable, and are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

3. License

When you buy FLOWR, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use FLOWR 1.x on up to two Macs that you own or use. The license includes all FLOWR 1.x updates. A future major version (for example 2.0) may be sold separately.

FLOWR does not include any sound content. It plays the sample libraries you already own, and you are responsible for holding the rights to your own samples. The music you create with FLOWR belongs to you.

4. Activation

After your purchase, we email you a license key. Activating FLOWR on a Mac requires an internet connection once; after that, FLOWR works offline. When an internet connection is available, FLOWR may contact our licensing server from time to time to renew or check the status of your license, without interrupting your work if you are offline.

You can free up a Mac from within FLOWR or by contacting us. A license that has been refunded, charged back or obtained fraudulently can be deactivated.

5. Requirements

FLOWR requires a Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 14.4 or later, and Logic Pro 11 running natively. It is an Audio Unit (AUv2) instrument. Intel Macs, other plugin formats and other host applications are not supported.

6. Acceptable use

You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify FLOWR, bypass or tamper with its license checks, publish or share your license key, or resell or redistribute FLOWR, except where mandatory law allows otherwise. We may deactivate a license that is used in breach of these terms.

7. Beta versions

Pre-release (beta) builds are provided as is, may stop working on a stated date, and are not covered by a license purchase unless we say otherwise.

8. Support

Support is provided by email at hello@flowraudio.com. We make reasonable efforts to answer quickly and to fix reproducible problems in FLOWR.

9. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLOWR is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Refunds

See our refund policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and updates apply to future purchases.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, including any right to bring proceedings in that country.
