Privacy policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Alexandre Würsten, trading as MINDZ AUDIO, Avenue de La Sallaz 42, 1010 Lausanne, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@flowraudio.com. This policy applies to the website flowraudio.com and to the FLOWR software. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR.

2. What we collect and why

3. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run FLOWR: Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and license service), Resend (transactional email), Mailchimp (early-access list), and, only if you accept analytics, Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement), as well as our email hosting provider. They process data on our behalf or under their own policies.

Where your data goes: Paddle sells to you through Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom) or, for buyers in the United States, Paddle.com Inc. (United States). Resend (operated by Plus Five Five, Inc.), Cloudflare, Mailchimp (Intuit), Google and Meta are US companies; Google and Meta serve users in Europe through their Irish subsidiaries. Your data may therefore be processed in the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries where these providers or their sub-processors operate. Where a country is not recognised as offering an adequate level of data protection, transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's own transfer mechanism.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@flowraudio.com. If you are in the EU or Switzerland, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Cookies and your choices

By default, no analytics or advertising cookie is set. The first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept or refuse them, with the same weight for both choices. Only if you accept do Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load and set cookies (for example _ga, _ga_* and _fbp) in your browser. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page: refusing deletes these cookies and stops all measurement.

Independently of that choice, the site uses your browser's local storage for what it needs to work: your language choice, and your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, it also keeps the references of your recent orders in your browser so that a purchase is counted only once. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or use a content blocker.

7. Security

License keys are stored encrypted, requests are protected by encryption in transit, and access to our systems is limited to what is needed to operate FLOWR.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
